For Nicolen Studios, session days meant chaos. Photographing entire schools produced thousands of images that had to be manually sorted, then matched to individual children by parents or school admins, then edited and printed one request at a time over email. BeeTcore built a platform where photos upload directly to a secure backend after each session, parents search and find their child’s photos using a secure code, then choose frame sizes, edits, and prints, and check out, all in one place. Turnaround is faster, errors are fewer, and what used to mean weeks of manual backlog now runs on its own.
