How We Share Your Information
We share personal data only with:
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including hosting providers, analytics platforms, email delivery services, and security providers. These providers may use the data only to perform services for us.
- Professional advisers, where necessary for legal or accounting purposes.
- Authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
We do not sell personal data.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
- Enquiries and contact form submissions: up to 24 months after last contact
- Live chat transcripts: up to 12 months
- Marketing contacts: until you withdraw consent
- Client records and project correspondence: for the duration of the engagement and up to 6 years afterwards, to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- Job applications: for the duration of the recruitment process, and up to 12 months afterwards where you consent to being considered for future roles
- Technical and security logs: up to 24 months
Where a longer period is required by law, we retain the data for that period.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside Nigeria, including in the United States and the European Union.
Where we transfer personal data outside Nigeria, we do so in line with the NDPA’s cross-border transfer requirements, relying on adequacy where recognised, or on contractual safeguards with the recipient.
Where GDPR applies, transfers outside the EEA rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission. Details for each service are listed under Third-Party Services below.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact us first at hello@beetcore.com. We take complaints seriously and will work with you to resolve them.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Nigeria, this is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
Client Projects and Our Role as Processor
Where BeeTcore builds, hosts, or maintains a website or platform for a client, we may process personal data belonging to that client’s users. In those cases the client is the data controller and BeeTcore acts as a data processor on their instructions.
This Policy does not govern that processing. It is governed by the agreement between BeeTcore and the client, and by the client’s own privacy policy. Clients requiring a Data Processing Agreement can request one at hello@beetcore.com.
Testimonials
Where we publish a testimonial, we may include your name, role, organisation, photograph, and the content of your feedback.
We publish testimonials only with your consent. You may ask us to remove or amend a published testimonial at any time by emailing hello@beetcore.com.

Google Tag Manager. Data collected: technical connection data sufficient to trigger and coordinate tags. Purpose: managing third-party scripts on the site. Cloudflare Turnstile. Data collected: technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, URL, browser and device signals) used to assess whether a visitor is human. Purpose: distinguishing genuine visitors from automated abuse without interactive challenges. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Microsoft Clarity. Data collected: behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replays captured through cookies and similar technologies. Children’s Data
Our services are directed at businesses and organisations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot warrant absolute security.

Our site links to external websites, including client projects and partner platforms. This Policy does not cover their practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
