12. Refund Policy

• 40% of the total project fee is non-refundable from the point of payment, covering upfront digital costs including software licensing and third-party services.
• Within the first two weeks of project commencement, up to 60% of amounts paid may be refunded.
• After two weeks of project commencement, all amounts paid are non-refundable.

13. Content Liability

BeeTcore is not liable for content displayed on your digital products or services.

You are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, copy, data, and materials you supply to BeeTcore are lawful and that you hold the necessary rights to use them. You agree to indemnify BeeTcore against all claims arising from content you supply, or from your use of our work or services.

• Display visual representations of completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials

Where such an event occurs, affected timelines are extended by a reasonable period and we will notify you as soon as practicable.

21. Use of BeeTcore Services

BeeTcore provides services under three primary models:

• Project-based engagements
• Subscription-based services
• Ongoing service retainers

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that any use of BeeTcore’s services, including web development, app creation, UI/UX design, branding, maintenance, and consultation, is subject to these Terms of Service.

Where a separate signed agreement exists for an engagement, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

Project timelines begin one working day after receipt of the agreed initial payment and all required project assets and content.

For ongoing subscriptions and maintenance plans, the scope of included work is defined by the specific plan or tier you subscribe to. Work falling outside that scope may incur additional fees, quoted in advance.

Service descriptions and pricing may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of BeeTcore services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

22. Breach and Remedies

Where BeeTcore becomes aware of a breach of these Terms in connection with use of this website, we may take corrective action, including suspending access to the website and removing content submitted through it. This section applies to website use only and does not affect the delivery of contracted client services, which are governed by Section 21.

23. Changes to These Terms

BeeTcore may revise or amend these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by the current version.

24. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Where a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. Where discussion does not resolve the matter within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
