BeeTcore crafted a comprehensive UX/UI design solution (https://beetcore.com/ui-ux-design) that turned Facility Solutions Canada Limited’s vision into a compelling, high-performance digital experience. Our focus was on delivering intuitive user interfaces optimized for both web and mobile, making navigation fluid, interactions clear, and actions purposeful.
To ground the design in real user needs, we conducted in-depth User Research and developed detailed Personas. This insight enabled us to map precise Customer Journeys, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement. These findings informed the creation of streamlined Keyflows, ensuring users can quickly locate information, request services without hassle, and connect with support conveniently.
We produced detailed Wireframes and interactive Prototypes to define the site’s structure and user pathways. Rigorous iterative usability testing validated design decisions and fine-tuned interactions, resulting in a frictionless experience. The Information Architecture was designed to organize content logically, improving discoverability and ease of navigation.
The UI Design Concept employs a consistent visual system aligned with Facility Solutions’ brand identity. Enhanced by sophisticated Micro-interactions and subtle Motion Design, the interface engages users effortlessly and reinforces important actions.
Accessibility and Inclusive Design were prioritized, with full compliance to WCAG 2.1 standards ensuring all users—regardless of ability—navigate comfortably. We also developed a scalable Design System to maintain visual and functional consistency and facilitate ongoing enhancements.
