This is a tricky one but should be treaded carefully. Sharing your opinion on hot topics in your industry or residence can also get you a lot of traffic and attention.
(E.g: Do you have all that you need to _____)
A checklist is so helpful in so many ways, it can serve as a guard list for the novice in your niche or industry.
Can also serve as a reference point when people plan on using a new product or travel to a new place, or do anything that basically needs a set of rules to follow.

Case studies are quite different from tutorials.
Case studies talk about what you’ve done, how you did it and what you accomplished while doing it.

You could also write on top-notch individuals in your industry or niche who are making trending.

Over a period of time, these experts may notice you sharing their contents and then pay you to write reviews about what they do.
This was gotten based on the point shared above.
People love reviews, I personally check for reviews about any product or service before I buy or use.
You can have a blog category where you give reviews about products or services. It also helps if you’ve personally used those products or services.
Just like above, these companies may notice your reviews and pay you to advertise their brand.
