• 40% of the total fee is non-refundable due to upfront digital costs (e.g., software licensing).
• After 2 weeks of project commencement, any amounts paid are non-refundable.

We are not liable for content displayed on your digital products or services. You agree to indemnify us against all claims arising from your use of our work or services.

12. Reservation of Rights
We may:

• Request removal of links to our site

• Display visual representations of completed projects in our portfolio

16. Use of BeeTcore Services

At the moment, BeeTcore provides services under three primary models:

• Project-based engagements
• Subscription-based services
• Ongoing service retainers

Service engagements may or may not be governed by a separate written contract. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that any use of BeeTcore’s services — including web development, app creation, UI/UX design, branding, maintenance, consultation or related — is subject to these Terms of Service unless overridden by a signed agreement.

Project timelines begin 24 working hours only after receipt of agreed initial payment and complete project assets/content.

For ongoing subscriptions or maintenance plans:

• Monthly and annual renewals may include limited content edits (maximum 3 per month)
• Additional edits may incur extra fees

We may update service descriptions or pricing without prior notice. Continued use of BeeTcore services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
