Do I need agency experience to apply?
No. Attitude, curiosity, and the ability to figure things out matter more than where you worked before. Several people here came in without agency backgrounds.
What will I actually be working on?
Client websites/apps/products and digital platforms, day to day. Real client work, not internal practice projects.
Is strong English communication required?
Yes. Clients sit across Nigeria and international markets, and clear written and spoken communication is part of every role that touches a project.
Can I apply again if it does not work out the first time?
