Standard identifies what’s wrong. Professional and above include the actual fix. This gets clarified upfront so there’s no confusion about what’s covered.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
If BeeTcare is active, malware cleanup and recovery are handled as part of the plan, no separate emergency quote. If there’s no active plan, cleanup is available as a standalone emergency service, quoted based on what’s needed to fully clean and secure the site.
